This is hard to believe, but this moron, Guillermo Habacuc Vargas paid 2 kids to catch a dog off the street, then he tied it to a corner of the gallery and told everyone not to feed the dog. This is what he calls art. Needless to say, the dog died a few days later. In that event, (in which the dog died) he was chosen to represent his country in the “Bienal Centroamericana Honduras 2008″.
